Service & pricing questions
Labour, transport, basic furniture wrapping, disassembly and reassembly, and goods-in-transit insurance are included as standard. Packing materials, cleaning and installations are optional add-ons, itemised separately on your quote.
Yes, a modest floor-access fee applies above the second floor without a working lift, since it changes crew size and time needed. This is confirmed during the quote, never added afterward.
Storage is available from one month up to a year or more, billed monthly, in a monitored facility with inventory tracking so you know exactly what's stored.
Yes — TV mounting, WiFi setup and similar installations can be booked as standalone services, not only as add-ons to a move.
All moves are covered by goods-in-transit insurance. Report any damage at delivery sign-off so it can be assessed and resolved quickly.
For smaller moves (bedsitters and 1-bedrooms), same-day service is often possible depending on crew availability. Larger moves need at least a next-day booking.
